Job Description

• Preparing full set of accounts for the company including cash management, budgeting,
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring all entries are properly coded and documented.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including issuing invoices, chasing receivables, and processing supplier payments.
• Perform regular bank, credit card, and account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
• Support month-end closing activities, including preparing schedules and updating financial records.
• Provide full spectrum of HR and general office administration duties, including payroll

The Successful Applicant

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years' experience gained from commercial or industry settings with direct business operations involvement.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
