A reputable insurance company provides a wide range of financial services. As part of its continued growth and adaptation to market demands, the company is seeking an Assistant Accountant focusing accounts receivable function.

About the role

As an Assistant Accountant you will play a vital role in conducting accounts receivable, collection report, and assisting with month-end closing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entry of receipt transactions into the cashier system
• Address and resolve payment and receipt inquiries from banks and internal departments promptly and professionally.
• Reconcile receipt records and verify bank collections to maintain accurate accounts receivable balances.
• Generate, organize, and maintain cashier system reports
• Support the month-end closing process by assisting with accounts receivable reporting
  
  Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting field with focus in accounts receivable function
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification tasks.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel such as Vlook Up and SumIf
