Your new role
Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Assist in processing vendor invoices and staff claims
• Prepare customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
• Maintain accurate AP/AR records and supporting documents

General Accounting Support

• Assist in data entry for accounting transactions
• Support preparation of journal entries and schedules
• Handle basic reconciliations (bank, petty cash, supplier statements)

Month-End Closing

• Assist in month-end closing activities
• Prepare supporting schedules and documentation
• Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and timely

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5 years of accounting or relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong willingness to learn
