Bookkeeper Your new company
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Melbourne's largest and long-running commercial property management companies.
Your new role
This position plays a key role in the day-to-day financial operations of the business, with a strong focus on Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general ledger work. You will also assist with commission calculations and support the CFO with month-end and reporting tasks. While MYOB experience is beneficial, it is not essential - training will be provided where needed. The role suits someone confident, direct, and adaptable to a dynamic real estate environment.

Accounts Payable - processing invoices, supplier payments, reconciliations

Accounts Receivable - billing, receipting, debtor management

Payroll processing for approx. 50 employees

Balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis

General ledger maintenance and processing journals

BAS and ATO reporting

Monthly management reporting

Ad-hoc financial reporting as required

What you'll need to succeed

Experience in a similar bookkeeping or finance officer role.

Real estate industry experience is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of AR and billings.

MYOB experience is advantageous.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a small, collaborative team.
