We're looking for a talented client professional to join our Corporate team in Redhill as a Client Director, with the opportunity to make a real impact.
This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Redhill office.

What the day will look like As a Client Director, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of global and large UK corporate clients, developing a strong understanding of their businesses, strategic priorities and evolving risk needs. You'll act as a senior relationship lead, bringing together expertise from across Aon to deliver outstanding client solutions while identifying opportunities for growth.
Your responsibilities will include: - Building trusted, senior-level relationships with clients, understanding their strategic direction and ensuring Aon's service continues to meet their evolving needs.
- Leading the client service team and coordinating colleagues across Client Management, Broking and Client Service to deliver a consistently high-quality client experience.
- Developing and delivering profitable client service plans, drawing on Aon's wider capabilities to provide tailored risk and insurance solutions.
- Identifying opportunities to expand client relationships through additional Aon solutions and supporting new business and client pitches.
- Supporting and mentoring colleagues while contributing to the wider strategy and growth of the Corporate business.
How this opportunity is different This is an opportunity to take on a highly visible role at the heart of Aon's Corporate business in Redhill. You'll have the autonomy to lead senior client relationships while being supported by experienced colleagues and specialists from across the wider Aon network.
Rather than focusing solely on the day-to-day management of insurance programmes, you'll work strategically with clients to understand their businesses, anticipate their evolving risks and connect them with the breadth of expertise available across Aon.
Skills and experience that will lead to success - Strong understanding of complex, corporate insurance programmes with a proven background in managing and developing strategic client relationships.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and building credible, long-term relationships at C-suite level.
- Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of market dynamics, business drivers and the risks facing corporate organisations.
- A growth mindset, with experience identifying opportunities within existing client relationships and contributing to pitches and new business activity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. ACII, FCII or other relevant insurance qualifications would be advantageous.
