What you'll do:

As a Management Accountant within the FP&A team, you'll play a key role in supporting operational leaders and driving commercial outcomes.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where your ability to communicate, influence and partner with the business will be just as important as your technical skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Producing month-end reporting across multiple business units
• Delivering meaningful variance analysis and financial insights
• Partnering with operational managers to improve their understanding of performance
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Identifying trends and opportunities to improve margins and efficiency
• Driving improvements in reporting, systems, and financial processes
• Working closely with senior stakeholders to support decision-making

What you'll bring:

• CA / CPA qualified
• Proven experience in a Management Accountant or similar role
• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Excellent communication and business partnering ability - you can translate numbers into meaningful insights
• Confidence working with stakeholders across all levels
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. JDE, SAP) and reporting tools
• A proactive mindset with an interest in systems, reporting, and continuous improvement
