Description

You will be a key member of the fund accounting team, supporting a growing private credit platform. In this role, you will take ownership of core accounting and valuation workflows, including monthly and quarterly NAV calculations, loan‑level accounting and collateral valuation across multiple private credit funds. Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee end-to-end fund accounting processes for alternative credit strategies, including NAV calculations, expense accruals, and performance reporting.
2. Review and validate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP / IFRS and regulatory requirements.
3. Liaise with external administrators, auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
4. Partner with investment and operations teams to support deal closings, capital activity, and portfolio valuations.
5. Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and controls.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
2. Over 5 years of fund accounting experience in private credit, private loan, special situation investment firms.
3. Experience in Audit or Assurance at a Big Four accounting firm is highly preferred.
4. Strong technical knowledge of complex fund structures and financial instruments.
5. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
6. solutions‑driven mindset and a commitment to learning, development, and continuous growth.
7. Proficiency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
