What You'll Do
Build and manage a commercial insurance book of business.
Develop relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
Prepare insurance proposals and present coverage solutions.
Collaborate with carrier partners to provide competitive insurance programs.
Deliver exceptional client service and long-term account retention.

Requirements
Job Requirements
Active Property & Casualty License.
Commercial insurance experience preferred.
Proven sales or business development experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to prospect and generate new business.
Excellent customer service skills.
Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
Experience with Applied Epic or similar agency management systems is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Existing commercial book of business is a plus (not required).
Experience with transportation, trucking, construction, manufacturing, or business insurance.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
