Take your career as a Life Insurance Producer to the next level in this new position opportunity at EHD Insurance. The Life Insurance & Executive Benefits Producer will support the growth of a newly established life insurance and executive benefits practice within the agency by generating new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships. This role requires proactive prospecting, community engagement, and pipeline development, alongside close collaboration with agency producers and sales leadership to identify life insurance and executive benefits opportunities within the current EHD book of business. Success in this role is driven by consistent new business activity, relationship building, and the ability to work effectively within a team-based agency culture and sales environment.

The Role
- Develop and manage relationships with executives and business leaders.
- Collaborate with EHD Producers and Sales Leadership to introduce insurance planning concepts to existing EHD clients.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify opportunities for interested individuals.
- Guide clients through the underwriting process.
- Stay current on product features, tax considerations, and industry trends.
Your Skills
- Active Life & Health License, including maintaining license through continuing education requirements.
- Active Series 6 and 63 licenses; maintained through a sponsored FINRA-member firm.
- Experience collaborating with executives, business owners, or high-income clients.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, business structures, and advanced insurance strategies.
- Entrepreneurial minded but will also work in conjunction with other EHD producers.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
