Job Description
This Role
Drive accurate financial accounting, reporting, reconciliations, NAV preparation, audit support, and compliance activities for complex real estate investment structures while ensuring strong controls and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
- You'll manage day-to-day accounting activities, including bank transactions, invoices, accruals, provisions, and financial record maintenance for complex real estate holding structures.
- You'll prepare financial statements, NAV calculations, management accounts, cash flow reports, and other financial reporting deliverables while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- You'll perform month-end close activities, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, depreciation and amortization schedules, and liquidity analysis.
- You'll support year-end reporting, audits, consolidation activities, tax reporting requirements, and information requests from lenders and external stakeholders.
- You'll leverage Yardi and other financial reporting systems to maintain strong internal controls, resolve accounting issues, and deliver high-quality financial reporting.

Qualifications
About You
- You hold a degree in Accounting and preferably a professional qualification such as CA, CFA, CMA, or MBA.
- You have 2-4 years of experience in financial accounting, reporting, fund administration, or real estate-related accounting environments.
- You possess hands-on Yardi experience and strong knowledge of financial reporting systems, spreadsheets, and accounting controls.
- You can effectively manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, analyze complex accounting issues, and make well-reasoned recommendations.
- You demonstrate attention to detail, integrity, professionalism, strong English communication skills, and a collaborative, proactive approach.
