The Company

Our client is a leading brokerage firm with strong business in wealth management and asset management. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for an Accountant to join their Finance team.

The Role

• Assist in full-set accounts and month-end closing processes.
• Conduct daily reconciliations between bank accounts and brokerage statements; identify and resolve mismatches or outstanding items in a timely manner.
• Manage day-to-day operational workflows for securities transactions, ensuring precise processing and settlement of trades.
• Support liquidity oversight by tracking real-time cash balances, generating short-term cash forecasts, and facilitating smooth funding for settlement obligations.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and system enhancements related to finance or operational processes.

Your Profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in financial accounting, specifically within a brokerage, asset manager, or similar licensed financial firm.
• Familiarity with treasury tasks (e.g., cash positioning, fund transfers, deposit management) is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills is a plus.
