Description

• Act as the local Compliance Officer, leading all Singapore regulatory and compliance matters and serving as the main liaison with MAS.
• Provide compliance advisory to business stakeholders, supporting interpretation and application of MAS regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain and enhance the Regulatory Obligations Register, ensuring all regulatory requirements are clearly mapped, tracked and embedded into business processes.
• Deliver the compliance monitoring programme, including thematic reviews, control assessments and governance reporting.
• Support regulatory engagement, including MAS queries, inspections, filings and implementation of regulatory changes .

Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in compliance within the insurance sector in Singapore.
• Strong experience in compliance advisory, regulatory interpretation and MAS engagement.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks, monitoring programmes and governance/reporting processes.
• Experience supporting or maintaining regulatory obligations registers/compliance frameworks is advantageous.
• Stable career track record with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
