Job Description
- Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
- Prepare and deliver regulatory reports, including solvency returns
- Support external audit processes and financial statement preparation
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Contribute to investment accounting and reporting activities
- Implement and maintain internal controls within reporting processes
- Participate in process improvements and regulatory change initiatives
A successful Regulatory Reporting Senior Associate should have:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in financial or regulatory reporting
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks within financial services (e.g. MAS requirements)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large datasets
- Understanding of risk and control frameworks (e.g. SOX, operational risk)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to challenge and explain financial information
