Your Opportunity:

You'll receive direct mentorship from the Group FC and CFO which will see your career develop in a PE backed business that is packed full of outstanding professionals.

Your new team has a mix of backgrounds that include Big 4 and strong industry exposure but with some common themes: they're technically strong, commercially aware, high-performing, and everyone is an outstanding business partner with clear communication

This newly created role exists because the business is growing and the current team needs more capability.
You'll join a finance function of around 15, working closely with senior leaders who have great experience in scaling teams, improving standards, and building something that runs well.

If you like clarity and being around people who know what they're doing, this will suit you.

Your Role:

You'll take ownership of the core financial accounting pieces:

• Month-end: reconciliations, journals, accruals
• Financial reporting in line with AASB
• Tax compliance (BAS, PAYG, payroll tax)
• Supporting audits without scrambling for answers
• Managing the fixed asset register and depreciation
• Getting involved in budgets and forecasts
• Improving controls and tightening processes where needed
• Contributing to system improvements

What You'll Bring:

You'll be someone who thrives in a high-performing team and wants to push their career to greater heights. This isn't a role where you can hide behind your screen. You'll be expected to engage, ask questions, and hold your own.

• CA qualified
• Strong technical base (AASB)
• Big 4 or mid-tier background is useful, but not essential
• Equally open to strong industry accountants who've learned on the job
• You're switched on and communicate clearly
• You're comfortable being in the office and part of a team

Interview process:

First stage will be hosted at RH offices in the CBD on Thursday 21st May with second and final stage at client premises the following week.
