• Shape business direction by analyzing market context, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor emerging and disruptive trends (such as InsurTech and AI adoption) to future-proof the business.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and regulatory horizon scanning.

• Translate high-level corporate strategy into executable action plans, roadmaps, and milestones.
• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and OKRs to track project success.
• Oversee cross-functional strategic initiatives, change programs, and product portfolio positioning.

• Prepare high-quality analysis, thematic briefing papers, and management decks for the Board and Executive Committee.
• Build financial models and business cases for capital allocation and strategic investments.

• Partner with internal business units (such as Pricing, Product Development, and Operations) to align functional plans.
• Manage external relationships with reinsurers, industry associations, and strategic solution providers.

• Bachelor's degree holder
• 8-10 years of relevant experience gained from large management consulting firms or financial institutions
• Excellent command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
